Mr. NGUYEN NGOC HOANG VINH

Position: Director of Brokerage
Employment History:

Mr. Vinh is a financial and securities expert with over 12 years of experience. Starting his career at Saigon Asset Management as a Senior Analyst. He went on to hold key management positions at both domestic and international companies, such as Portfolio Manager at Rising Dragon Singapore Pte, LTD, and Institutionals Client Manager at SSI Securities Corporation.

Since joining TCSC in 2020, Mr. Vinh has held roles including Stock Brokerage Director and later, Head of Premium Client Relations. As a dynamic and innovative young leader, he has excelled in building a strong business team, managing client relationships, and driving business development. In a short period, he and his team achieved remarkable milestones, significantly contributing to the company’s overall business performance.

Mr. Vinh holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Birmingham..

Mr. LE NGOC HUNG

Position: Head of Investment Banking
Employment History:

Mr. Hung has over 16 years of experience in finance and investment banking. Previously, he served as Assistant to the Chairman at Truong Manh Holdings Vietnam JSC. and Deputy Head of the Investment Banking at both Vietcombank Securities Company (VCBS) and Saigon Thuong Tin Bank Securities Company (SBS), where he was responsible for corporate financial advisory, M&A, and fundraising activities. At these institutions, he demonstrated his expertise and leadership in corporate finance. Currently, Mr. Hung holds the position of Investment Banking Director at TCSC, a role he has held since 2018, where he is responsible for developing and managing key investment projects.

Mr. Hung holds a Master's degree in Business Administration/Finance from Columbia Southern University.

Mr. NGUYEN MANH HOANG

Position: Head of Institutional Clients Trading
Employment History:

With over 20 years of experience at prestigious organizations, Mr. Hoang is a seasoned manager in the finance and securities industry. He has held key roles as a Specialist/Manager in Customer Relationship Management at organizations such as Wallem Shipping Co., Ltd, Prudential Vietnam Finance Company, and Chailease International Leasing Co., Ltd. From 2011 to 2019, Mr. Hoang worked at SSI Securities Corporation as Senior Account manager of Institutional Equity Business, overseeing large investment portfolios for institutional clients. Since 2020, he has served as Head of Institutional Clients Trading at TCSC. With deep expertise, an extensive professional network, and exceptional management capabilities, Mr. Hoang has significantly contributed to the growth of TCSC’s institutional client division.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Hoang holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from James Cook University.

Mr. PHAM HOANG AN

Position: Analyst Deputy Manager
Employment History:

After graduating in 2019, Mr. An joined TCSC and proved his capabilities through various roles, starting as an Analyst Intern to Analyst Team Leader, and currently serving as Deputy Head of Analysis. With continuous efforts to develop and his in-depth expertise in market and securities analysis, Mr. An has played an important role in delivering high-quality analytical reports and providing effective investment strategy guidance for clients and the company. Mr. An is one of the potential young leader who contributes significantly to the development of TCSC.

Mr. An holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Economics HCMC.

Mr. NGUYEN THI HOA

Position: Head of Operation
Employment History:

With over 15 years of experience in the securities industry, Ms. Hoa has held numerous key positions across leading financial institutions, showcasing her expertise in securities services, depository operations, and customer support.
Before joining TCSC, Ms. Hoa served as Team Leader and Head of Operations and Custody Services at Globalmind Capital Securities (GMC), Đông Á Securities (DAS), and Phú Hưng Securities (PHS). In these roles, she managed securities custody operations, ensured regulatory compliance, and leaded teams to enhance service quality.
Since August 2022, Ms. Hoa has been the Head of Operation at TCSC, where she is responsible for managing and optimizing support activities for securities trading, ensuring exceptional customer experience and operational efficiency.

Ms. Hoa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Economics HCMC.

Mr. NGUYEN THI DIEM

Position: Head of Business and Product Development
Employment History:

Ms. Diem has over 15 years of experience in the securities brokerage field. She has held key positions in the Brokerage, Planning & Development, and Risk Management departments at CBV Securities Corporation and Saigonbank Berjaya Securities JSC. Ms. Diem and her team have contributed to the improvement of the Customer Program, minimizing arising risks, and leading the brokerage team to achieve significant milestones in expanding the client portfolio.

Ms. Diem holds a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Economics and Law.
