Established on January 31, 2008, Thanh Cong Securities Joint Stock Company (TCSC) is a strategic member of SaiGon 3 Group – a multi-industry corporation with strong financial strength and an international vision. In 2018, TCSC carried out a comprehensive restructuring, establishing a modern management foundation and a long-term business strategy. January 26, 2024: TCI was officially listed and traded at the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE). May 13, 2024: Increase charter capital from 1.009.799.820.000 VND to 1.156.209.640.000 VND. May 29, 2024: TCSC was approved as a trading member in privately placed corporate bonds by Vietnam Stock Exchange. Jun 17, 2024: TCSC organized the 18th of General Meeting of Shareholders. Jun 28, /2024: TCSC was issued Certificate of eligibility for trading derivatives, Certificate of eligibility for provision of clearing and settlement services on derivatives transaction.
January 31, 2023: TCSC launched the Thanh Cong Asset Management Company Limited (TCAM). April 5, 2023: TCSC‘s Board of Directors approved the resolution to increase the charter capital of Thanh Cong Asset Management Company Limited (TCAM) to 200 billion VND. Jun 08, 2023: TCSC organized the 17th of General Meeting of Shareholders.
Feb 26, 2022: TCSC organized the 16th of General Meeting of Shareholders. May 20, 2022: Acquiring 100% of the United Capital Management Joint Stock Company.
